To succeed, Cooper devotes substantial resources to the recruitment and continued training and development of its employees. At Cooper, our strategy is to recruit, hire, and most talented candidates from the best colleges and universities in the United States and abroad.

Many of Cooper's current leaders and managers have been recruited through our development programs:

• Advanced Leadership Program (ALP)
• The Operations Leadership Program (OLP)
• The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP)

These two and three year rotational programs prepare recent college graduates for future leadership roles by offering responsible and meaningful work, the chance to learn through hands-on experience and the opportunity to supplement practical work with professional seminars and company workshops.

Outside of these structured development programs, each of Cooper's eight divisions is continuously recruiting top talent from colleges and universities near our manufacturing facilities.
