    Department Details
    Engineering New Product Innovation is the core of our business, and our Engineers lead the development of Cooper Notification’s (CN) future roadmap by producing strategic, industry-leading technologies for use in our product portfolio.  Our recruitment of engineers ranges from early career to seasoned professional with the goal of always keeping our pulse on the marketplace and associated customer demands while also remaining agile in moving to new types of technology.
    Product Development/Marketing Our Product Development and Marketing teams work in concert with technologists to lead the organizations decision-making on positioning, pricing, promotion, and selling channel strategy in alignment with the organizational objectives.  Our marketing employees will drive market and competitor research in order to identify strategic alternatives while developing, maintaining and communicating the product line externally and internally.
    Sales Our sales professionals serve as our face to current and prospective customers.  Individuals in these roles will plan, organize and implement sales programs for a designated district that will deliver targeted sales objectives.  External contacts for product sales will include  project consultants, contractors, architects and engineers, security dealers, code enforcement officials, end-users and distributors.  Successful sales professionals maintain an awareness of business conditions and solicit and report on voice of the customer data on both current and new products.
    Finance Our Finance professionals play a key role in the long-term success of Cooper Notification, from understanding and report operational statistics  to financial to articulating the financial impact of every business deal that we entertain.
  • Our Locations

    Cooper Notification has facilities in New Jersey, Virginia, and Florida.  We are proud of the productive and welcoming work environment that has been created in each one of the locations.

    Our Long Branch and Oceanport offices in NJ house the manufacturing for our fire appliance products as well as some of our staff and functional areas.  Our Arlington, Virginia facility is home to our emergency alerting business which includes text and email messaging, SMS, etc.  Our Sarasota, Florida facilities create and manufacture our systems business, which is predominantly indoor and outdoor voice alerting products.
