Loop Scheme Reclosers
Loop scheme functionality allows for isolation of a faulted zone of a given circuit while reestablishing service to all customers not in the faulted zone within a short period of time without the need for communications. This allows the equipment to serve two functions, one as an automated switching device, and the other as a recloser overcurrent protective device.
