MSB Bracketed Boxes
PowerGrip™ MSB metal stud bracketed boxes are designed from special spring steel to allow for quick and easy tool-free installation in new work, steel stud applications. The PowerGrip™ family is available with the most complete offering of boxes to meet customer needs and preferences; including shallow and deep 4” and 4-11/16” square boxes for use with conduit, armored/metal clad cable and non-metallic sheathed cable. Also available in red boxes for fire alarm applications.

Features
- Center bracket hole provides clear visibility to mark lines on the stud
- Added score line for optional removal of near-side portion for installation next to door jamb
- Top and bottom bracket holes accommodate low profile mounting screw, if desired
- Far side support (included) snaps onto box and provides solid, secure far side support in 2 ½ - 4” studs
- Tool-free installation
- Mounts on either side of the stud
- Accepts standard plaster and tile rings
- Available with optional ground screw and 8” solid ground pigtail
