Cooper B-Line Acquires the Assets of California Based TOLCO

Cooper B-Line is pleased to announce that we have acquired the assets of TOLCO, a leading manufacturer of seismic bracing, pipe hangers and pipe support solutions, from its parent company NIBCO on October 14, 2011.

A global provider, TOLCO specializes in highly engineered seismic bracing, pipe hangers and pipe support solutions for the commercial and industrial building infrastructure markets. Their strong commitment to innovation and labor-saving solutions positions the company as a leader in engineered solutions for seismic projects, including those that require OSHPD approval.
